Its here the count down for the new year has started. People are heading to different places to be ready for the celebration of the new year. Have you ever thought that maybe you are the celebration. You and your creative energy are a celebration every time you step into a room.
2017 has been a great year, and as we close it out with the last blog of the year we want to thank everyone for their support of this blog. You have followed, you have liked and shared and we are so grateful for your presents.
We are looking forward to what 2018 will manifest.
As creatives we understand an empty canvas. We understand we turn our thoughts into a piece of #art, a #drawing, a #painting, a #book, a #movie, a #poem, a #sculpture, a song. We see the unseen vision develope each day while we manifest a reality which will be frozen in time.
As creatives we freeze time and we can see where we were compared to where we are right now. We see how we have grown, how we tried new things on our creative path and how the frozen space looks different.
Yes as creatives we understand the ploy of the empty canvas. What will your thoughts manifest for you in 2018?
Be sure to like, share and follow us as we continue on this creative journey. #wordlove #5for5braindump

Last week was the Lavender Festival 2016. It always amazes me all you can do with lavender.
We experienced the taste of lavender ice cream with fresh honey from the bees on the 123farm. There was also lavender wine, beer, and champagne, brisket with lavender sauce. We took a walk through the lavender fields amazed at the beauty of them.
It was a great day.
This has been a week of all kinds of shifts and adjustments. As many of you know I Periscope broadcast live stream as many people do with the influx of live streaming. All of my live steams were being saved on a third-party server as with many other people. Originally this was such a great idea since we could save our scopes on this server forever while we decide how to use them later for other opportunities.
Then the unthinkable happen, an email stating they were going to close the site down effective May 4, 2016. Talk about everyone going into “Olivia Pope” mode to see what could be done to rescues our scopes from being deleted forever from this third-party platform.
Katch.me has been nice enough to assist all of us in getting our scopes off their server before it closes forever by helping us move them either to our hard drive or YouTube.
As for now my scopes are downloaded to my hard drive and I am slowly moving them over to YouTube, thank goodness I have less that one hundred so I should have them all downloaded in a few weeks.
The lesson this has taught me as an artist is always be prepared to re-position yourself when one door closes. No one thought this would happen so every Virtual Assistant is gaining new clients because people who have three hundred or more scopes will have to have help moving them over to another space. Live stream is the future, and as it grows we all will have to adjust to many changes along the way.
We all will have to learn to re-position ourselves when we find ourselves in one of those “Olivia Pope” moments. Breath, step back and reset so we can continue to move forward and not become ship wrecked as the above oil painting on Canvas Panel.
